The aim of the project is to initiate the mass production of indoor ATF home farming appliances for north american customers. ATF farms secure the automated growth of cannabis, tomatoes, cucumbers and many more plants. This reaps the full bene ts of LED lighting for growing and hydroponics technologies1. ATF indoor appliances need minimal customer involvement during the vegetation process and don’t require any speci c knowledge in agronomy or advanced experience. Thanks to a proper temperature regime and relative humidity, average yields for indoor farming are higher than similar typical crops grown outdoor. The founders have formed the ATF team, which specializes in vertical indoor farming solutions. Most of our agronomists and engineers are former employees of the company Agronomof, the rst russian agro holding, pioneer of vertical farming in Russia that ran under the FIBONACCI brand. After Agronomof’s closure, these kept researching in the vertical farming eld, carrying on the solid R&D activities related to vertical farming based on the combination of hydroponics and LED lighting. The current company was of cially registered in Yekaterinburg, Russia, in 2016. With the launch of the rst industrial vertical farms in Russia, the company’s focus since has been on providing a state-of-the-art indoor farming solution for strawberry cultivation, revolutionizing the industry in Russia. The business is about to expand globally, focusing on the US & Canada, looking to make the most of the cannabis market’s enormous potential for growth.

Milestones:

2013

Research in agrotechnology, hydroponic growing technologies. Development of the first automated hydroponic system. Development of first prototype for automated cultivation of tomatoes and peppers. Successful tests in the cultivation of tomatoes and peppers.

2014

We obtained our first patent for hydroponic plant cultivation. Participation and presentation of technologies on Clean Tech Russia 2014 in Skolkovo.

2015

The development of the concept of automated home farms.

2016

Study of industrial cultivation. We wanted to create an automated solution for industrial farming. Study of the cultivation of micro greens. Start own production of micro greens.

March 2017

Meeting with FIBONACCI, the idea of ​​uniting efforts and launching a large-scale project.

June 2017

Investing in Fibonacci.

September 2017

The termination of cooperation with Fibonacci, in connection with their failure to comply with the agreements. Closure of Fibonacci. A lawsuit in court, the amount of damage is about 15 million rubles. (The claim is fully satisfied in January 2018).

September - November 2017

Incorporating own previously developed technologies based on the experience with Fibonacci. Preparing for the ICO, finalizing technologies, filing patent documents for a new technology that will be used in new home farms.

April 2018

Development. Collected funds will be put on the Cyprus company account then transfer from Cyprus to ATF Canada in order to start project realization. Submitting documents to obtain necessary licenses. ATF tokens official listing.
